  • Ebenezer Gospel Ministries is created by law and governed by a group of board members. All board members work in an honorary capacity and do not take a salary or any other compensation.

  • The Board of Directors shall have the control and management of the affairs and business of the organization.

  • Correct books of account of the activities and transactions of the corporation shall be kept at the office of the corporation.

  • All accounts are audited for accuracy and submitted to the appropriate reporting agencies. All donations are tax-deductible.
